When I heard from my good friend Thomas in New York, that he was putting together some European shows, featuring the legendary Heartbreakers guitarist, Walter Lure, I was blown away! Waldo hasn't played in Europe since the ill-fated Re-Union tour the guys did back in '84, so I wasn't gonna miss the chance to see the man play, right? Wrong! I was caught by a bad cold and was unable to travel...fuck!

Thom stayed in touch during the tour and told me that things were going great guns, and that they were going to record one of the shows, for a later release. Well folks! it's here!!!!

As natural a guitarist you could ever imagine, Waldo takes the center stage with his touring band, featuring the wonderfully talented DeeJay Walker on guitar. He's been working as a broker on Wall St for many a year now, but still has time to blast out a show stopping set or two every nnow and then with the Waldo's, and this is no deviation from that. A Heartbreakers fan? You'll love it...or should that be L.U.V it..?

The band spiral through the Heartbreakers finest and inter-mix with some of Walter's own work post-Heartbreakers...he's having fun up there, and you can feel it!
