This 7-Track album is one of those rare moments in the life of a music reviewer, where you find yourself almost speechless at the sheer quality of the songs and passion of the artist in question. The Hi-Fi Spitfires don't fail you, in any way, they play it like they were meant to be a part of the original '76 London scene...it's all here guys! The songs are played with menace and passion a-la Joe Strummer...a comparison I don't make lightly...Steve Racket & Co can write some almighty punk classics and they certainly don't let you down with this release.

This is one of those discs that should be played over and over again on the way to a gig...sets the tone quite nicely thank you!

There's more than a nod to the aforementioned Mr.Strummer with the great ' Broadway Fugitive' and the electric ' Doin' alrite for a deadman' identifies with me immediately, 'Identity, was stolen today....but I'm doin' alrite for a deadman'....with a nice middle-eight, ragga tempo, just to keep you on your toes.

This is an album you just gotta have in your collections..ok!
